Synopsis: The tardis materialises on Earth in 2084 inside Sea Base four, and undersea military
base. The base is attacked by three Silurians and a squadron of Sea Devil warrior.
The Silurians plan to launch the base's nuclear missiles, thereby provoking a nuclear war between
the two blocs and destroying human life on Earth. The Doctor and his conpanions, first mistaken as
enemy spies and saboteurs, help the soldiers fight off the Silurians, who later reject the Doctor's
peace offerings. To save Earth, the Doctor helps the humans destroy the Silurians
and the Sea Devils with hexachromite a gas deadly to reptiles, but he
wishes that there had been an alternative. The Doctor then successfgully
aborts the launch of the missiles.
