Synopsis: Under the Mara's control, Tegan sends the Tardis to Manussa, once
the homeworld of several galactic empires, where the evil entity was banished
over five hundred years ago. There, the Mara takes over Lon, the son of the
noble Lady Tanha, and uses him and Tegan to get the Great Crystal from
Ambril, the Director of Historical Research. The Mara plans to use the Crystal
to come into being during the ten-year Ceremony celebrating its exile. But
the Doctor meets Dojjen, the last of the Snakedancers who once defeated the Mara,
and from him, he learns how to destroy the Mara once and for all during the
Ceremony.
