Synopsis: On a huge spacecraft, the Doctor and his companions
meet the frog-like Monarch and his two ministers, Persuasion and
Enlightenment, from the dead planet Urbanka. On board are also Bigon,
Kurkutji, Viilagra, and Lin Futu, from different eras of Earth's past,
who turn out to be androids with the memories of the originals.
The Doctor discovers that Monarch exhausted Urbanka's resources
in pursuit of his mad dream: going back to the beginning of
time to meet God. The alien now plots to poison Earth's population
to make room for three billion Urbankans, whose memories have been
stored on silicon chips. With the help of the human androids,
the Doctor fights Monarch. The alien turns out not to be an android,
but still in "the Flesh Time," and dies, a victim of his own
poison. The androids decide to look for another planet on which
to settle.
